Residential Home

In - home Support

In-Home Support provides in-home assistance to eligible aged, blind, and disabled individuals as an alternative to out-of-home care and enables recipients to remain safely in their own homes.

We help seniors and disabled people with basic needs such as:

  • Personal care: Assistance with daily activities like bathing and grooming, dressing, making meals and eating, and using the toilet.
  • Household chores: Help with cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
  • Health care: Services like wound care, pain management, physical therapy, and medication administration.
  • Medical social services: Counseling and help finding community resources.
  • Transportation: Help getting to appointments or the store.
  • Safety: Home safety features and help in case of an emergency.

Community Engagement

We provide a wide variety of opportunities to facilitate and build relationships in the community, utilizing the community as a learning environment.  Activities are conducted at naturally occurring times in a variety of natural settings, affording the individual ample opportunities to interact with persons without disabilities (other than those paid to provide support).  Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are matched with individuals to provide support for meaningful planned activities.
